SHIPPING POLICY
When will I receive my order?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days, but delivery will depend on the shipping service you select. We use FedEx and USPS. After your order ships, you will be able to track your package.
Can I get free shipping?
Yes, if you spend $35 or more on merchandise, not including taxes. Free shipping is only available for U.S. domestic addresses within the 50 states.
Can I get my order shipped to P.O. Boxes?
Not with FedEx, but if you choose to ship via USPS, we should be able to ship to most P.O. Boxes.
Can I get my order shipped to international/APO/FPO/U.S. Territory addresses?
Currently, we only ship orders to U.S. domestic addresses within the 50 states. We do not ship to international addresses, APO, FPO, or U.S. Territory addresses.
If you have a specific shipping request, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you, but you will need to pay for shipping and handling, even if you spend $35 or more on merchandise.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including any apartment, suite, unit, or building numbers.
If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the failed delivery.
If you would like your order to be re-shipped:
- A new shipping fee will be required to cover the cost of re-delivery.
- We will contact you to confirm the updated address before resending.
We are unable to issue refunds for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
