RETURN POLICY

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns for online purchases made through our website in-motion-design.com. For online orders, you may return any unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise by mail. Tags must be included with returns. Returns made within 30 days of your order will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of your order will not be refunded.

We do not accept returns for purchases made from any third-party retail store or website.

How do I return an item?

We provide a return shipping label for a flat rate handling fee of $5. This cost will be deducted from your refund. You can set up your return by clicking here. After completing this process, you will be provided with a printable return shipping label.

Can I make an exchange?

We currently do not offer exchanges.
