We’re happy to issue a one-time price adjustment for an item purchased from our website www.inmotion.design if it goes on sale within 14 days of your order. If applicable, please contact us and we will issue a refund for the price difference back to the original form of payment.
We do not grant price adjustments for purchases made from any third-party retail store or website.
California Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to people in California about exposure to approximately 900 chemicals. No other state has such a comprehensive disclosure law. Although we have strict product testing requirements and believe our products to be safe, it is still possible some of our items may be made of materials containing chemicals identified in Proposition 65. In such cases where we cannot guarantee that these chemicals are not present or when we have started production before receiving product test reports, we have elected to place the warning on the packaging out of an abundance of caution to ensure compliance with California law.

Although this warning is only meant for people in California, we do not make separate packaging for products sold outside of California, meaning you may see this warning on some of our products sold in other states.
