What’s your return policy?
We accept returns for online purchases made through our website inmotion.design. For online orders made through our website, you may return any unused, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise by mail. Tags must be included with returns. Returns made within 30 days of your order will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of your order will not be refunded.
We do not accept returns for purchases made from any third-party retail store or website.
How do I return an item?
We provide a prepaid, printable return shipping label for a flat rate handling fee of $5. This cost will be deducted from your refund.
Alternatively, you can choose to mail your return to us at your own expense, in which case you will not be charged the $5 handling fee.
You can set up your return by clicking here. Please complete this process before mailing us a return. If not, we will not be aware of your return, which may result in a delay of your refund.
Can I make an exchange?
We currently do not offer exchanges, but if you have a specific request, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.
